Planning questions
Can we choose the print format and branding?
The listed setup offers non-AI landscape, portrait or strip output, with one format selected per event. A customised template and fabric backdrop are included; approve the layout and branding before production.
What does the venue need to provide?
The listed setup requires approximately 8 × 8 feet, a 15A power socket, one table, two to three chairs and a backdrop area. Allow approximately two hours for setup and testing; the final footprint depends on the selected configuration.
How many guests can a photo or video booth serve?
Magik Touch typically serves 250–300 guests over a 4–5 hour photo or video booth booking. This is a planning range across these activities, not a guaranteed rate for every format. Capture time, AI processing, printing, group participation and peak queues affect the final capacity; confirm the selected setup in your proposal.
What affects the price and booking scope?
The proposal is based on operating hours, venue and travel, number of setups, staffing, creative production, branding and output quantities. Share your event date, location, guest count and selected format for an itemised quote.
