When you send an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, experience of interest and event brief. These details are sent to Magik Touch by email and, when the website database is available, stored with the submission. The information is used to respond to your request and discuss the event.

Please do not include guest lists, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the initial brief.

Website measurement and spam prevention

The website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and actions such as contact-form submissions and clicks on phone, email or WhatsApp links. Clicking a link does not tell us whether a conversation or booking took place. The form uses session and anti-spam checks, including a hashed network-address identifier when database logging is available. Your selected concept may be kept temporarily in browser session storage to prefill the enquiry form.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, Google Drive, video and social links open third-party services with their own privacy settings and policies. Where a video player is offered, it loads after you choose to play it.

Photos, video and event participation

Before an activation, agree what guest information will be collected, the guest notice or permission process, which services process the files, who can access them, delivery arrangements and the retention or deletion period. These vary with the activity and approved scope. This website does not promise a universal event-data retention period.
